Banana Bread

Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Protein PackedImageImage

Ingredients:

3 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Gluten Free Oats
3 Over-ripe Bananas, mashed
3 Organic Eggs
2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar or Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
2 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Pinch of Salt

Directions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

2. In large bowl add all ingredients and mix until well combined

3. Place in baking pan and bake 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean

4. ENJOY! I topped mine with a tablespoon of fresh almond butter for some added goodness.
